Terms and Conditions

• All items listed on MirageButy are brand NEW.
• Upon completing the form and sending it back to us, we will be sending you a confirmation order and we will be able to process with the postage of the products
• Customers are served on first-come-first-serve basis. Early payment secure your orders. Late payment and reply to emails may result in unable to get some of your orders if the stocks are limited.
• All payment must be made before collection of goods unless meet-up or delivery.
• We will reply you within 48 hours and that is our promise to you.




Shipping and Damaged Items
• We will not be held responsible for item lost in normal mail, hence registered mail is encouraged for customers who opt for postage.
• We will not be held responsible for any lost or damage item that may have incurred through mail. Quality check will be performed before the items are sent out.
• Customers assume liability for all risks for items that are being sent out by unregistered mail option.
• Postage charges are dependent on the no. of items that you have purchased.
• We will not hold any responsibility for any lost of unregistered mail, return address is include on everything that we sent out.


All prices are exclusive of shipping cost. Customers have to bear the cost of shipping unless otherwise stated.
Packages will be despatch within 2 working days after payment is received. Local delivery will usually take another 2 - 3 working days maximum. Therefore your package will reach you less than 4 working days after payment is made. Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore recognised public holidays are not considered working days.


There will be an additional $2.24 applicable for registered articles.


Postage charges subject to changes. The below charges are just for estimation purposes.


Postage Charges


1 ~ 2 units = S$0.80
3 ~ 6 units = $1.00
7 ~ 13 units = S$1.50
14 ~ 23 units = S$2.55
24 ~ 45 units = S$3.55


For 45 units and above, the parcel will be split into 2 parcels for the best delivery.


There will be a flat rate of handling fee charge at $0.50 excluding from postage charges.




Procedures of purchasing
 
To make things convenient for our customers, all you need to do is either complete the order form that we have prepared, copy and paste and email to us or just send us an email stating the products and the quantity that you want.


• Made Total Amount payable to POSB savings account 033-64770-0 via ATM transfer or internet banking.
• Order will only be process once payment is received.
• Send an email to miragebuty@gmail.com should you need more assistance.


**To avoid any misunderstanding, if we do not reply you within the given time frame, please kindly send us the email again.


SPREE/PREORDER
• Full payment/deposit is required for the orders to be processed.
• No exchange / withdrawal are allowed after payment received.




Products Pricing
• All prices are exclusive of postage and handling fee.
• All prices are stated in Singapore dollars.
• All prices are non-negotiable as it is priced at a competitive rate.


Products
• Product pictures may varies on screen and actual as the colour resolution is different.
• All our products are in stocks, so no waiting time compare to spree.


Cancellation of Orders
• We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of stock.
• We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
• We reserve the rights to cancel any order if payment is not made.


Confirmation of Orders
• We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, an email notification will be sent to the customer for further action.


Payment for Orders
• Payment for orders are to be made within 3 days after the order has been confirmed. (If the payment will be late, please email us in advance.)




Exchange and Refunds
• All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Unless an item is defective from supplier, we will do a one for one exchange.
• Exchanges will not be entertained if the mistake was imposed by the customers, so please make sure that you have gone through the order form before submitting the order.


Confidentiality of Transactions
• We will ensure privacy of all transactions and our customers' particulars remain highly confidential.
